Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and drive end-to-end execution of product development and strategic projects to ensure timely milestone achievement.

• Coordinate utilization of AMTZ/HTA facilities and shared infrastructure to support efficient product development and validation. • Manage cross-functional coordination across internal teams, external partners, and regulatory stakeholders for seamless project execution

. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, traceability, and governance in line with organizational standards.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, resource utilization, risks, and dependencies, and implement timely mitigation measures.
- Coordinate vendor and outsourced development activities to ensure quality, cost, and schedule adherence

. • Develop and present project dashboards, management reports, and executive updates to enable informed decision-making.
- Support planning and execution of SSMED's Innovation & Manufacturing Campus expansion,



including facility, capacity, process, and implementation planning.

Preferred candidate profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline). OR MBA/PGDM in Project Management, Operations .
- 8-10 years of experience in Project Coordination/Project Management within Medical Devices, Healthcare organization .
- Proficiency in project planning & computer applications such as MS Project, CRM (Salesforce, ZOHO, etc.) or equivalent. .
- Effective stakeholder management along with cross functional coordination and communication skills .
- Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working in a rapid-paced environment. .
- Exposure to regulatory, testing, validation, and prototyping environments is preferred.
