Roles& Responsibilities –

Order placing to vendor as per requirements from OT, ward & OPD.

Material receipt, Verification & storage as per specifications.

Material issue from store against Indent.

Emergency medicines & injections supplies to satellite hospitals.

Coordination with hospital transport department to send materials to satellite hospitals.

Material issue slip entry in Tally software.

Material issue to various OT on daily basis as per indent.

Documentation, filing of files invoices so that tracking of records can be done properly.

Help with Physical Vs Tally stock verification.

Preparation of gate passes like RGP, NRGP, Stock Transfer.

Verification of documents scanning & uploading, like Purchase Orders & Invoices

 Basic Knowledge of Inventory Control and FIFO/FEFO Practic

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
