Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Promote high-quality cable lugs, connectors, terminals, thimbles, and ferrules in domestic and international markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through distributors, OEMs, EPC contractors, and electrical industries.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare product presentations, brochures, catalogs, and marketing materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key accounts.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.





Qualification
- MBA in Marketing / BE Electrical / BBA Marketing or equivalent.

Experience
- 5–8 years in marketing electrical products, cable accessories, switch-gear, or industrial products.

Required Skills
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B industrial marketing.
- Knowledge of electrical cable accessories and international standards is preferred.
- Digital marketing and branding experience.
- MS Office, CRM, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and exhibitions.
