Role Overview

Iterative International Publishers is looking for a proactive and experienced
Field Sales Executive
based in Delhi NCR. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the company’s book distribution network across North India while promoting our publishing services among academic institutions and professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand a solid book distribution network across North India.
- Identify, approach, and onboard book distributors, wholesalers, retailers, bookstores, and institutional buyers.
- Visit universities, colleges, libraries, educational institutions, and academic departments.
- Connect with professors, researchers, academicians, and authors to promote the company’s book publishing services.
- Generate qualified leads for academic, research, reference, and general book publishing.




- Develop long-term relationships with distributors, institutions, professors, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the internal publishing, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Maintain records of meetings, leads, follow-ups, orders, and distribution partners.
- Conduct regular field visits and submit periodic performance reports.
- Achieve assigned distribution, sales, partnership, and lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements
- The candidate must currently reside in Delhi NCR.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR and other parts of North India.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience in field sales, book publishing, academic publishing, educational sales, institutional sales, or book distribution will be preferred.
