Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Shift: US Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM EST)

What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience with end-to-end W2 recruitment (mandatory)
Must be an Individual contributor from day one and should be robust with screening and short listing the candidates.
Strong sourcing skills using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels.
Experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card Holders, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, and TN candidates
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work on direct client and VMS requirements while meeting delivery targets
