Role Description
The Junior Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, focused on supporting Nexfore Consulting’s online presence and brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and publishing social media content, monitoring engagement, and optimizing posts across platforms to align with the company’s safety and consulting services. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to gather information, writing clear and engaging updates, and assisting in the execution of content strategies and campaigns. The Junior Social Media Manager will also track basic performance metrics, support community management, and help ensure consistent and skilled communication across all social channels.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and improve the company’s presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and professional content for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Content Strategy to plan, organize, and align social media activities with overall marketing and business goals.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools to support performance tracking and reporting.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in social media or digital marketing is an advantage.
