- Complete end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including product sourcing, candidate evaluation, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps and implement solutions through niche hiring initiatives.
- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, including product sourcing, technical hiring, and onboarding.
- Solid understanding of technology hiring trends and industry best practices in IT staffing.
Domestic Indian hiring , leadership hiring and niche positions.
