Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Communication Excellence • Engage with inbound leads across India and international markets. • Conduct structured discovery calls with founders, business heads, and senior leadership teams. • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally across geographies and time zones. • Represent myHQ as a credible business partner in all interactions. • Draft qualified email proposals, follow-ups, and commercial discussions.
Consultative Sales & Lead Conversion • Understand client requirements through thoughtful questioning and active listening. • Present tailored Virtual Office solutions aligned to business objectives. • Navigate conversations with key decision-makers and influence buying decisions. • Manage objections professionally and guide clients through structured decision-making. • Convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
Product & Industry Knowledge
- Develop in-depth knowledge of myHQs Virtual Office offerings. • Stay updated on compliance requirements, corporate documentation norms, and industry trends. • Effectively articulate value propositions to startups, SMEs, and global clients entering India.
