Responsibilities
Job Scope:
The Head of Business Development is responsible for leading the growth strategy and execution for the Warehousing and Transport sectors for the North Region. This role focuses on driving business development initiatives, capturing new market opportunities,



and enhancing the overall value proposition of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in the E&M;/ Auto sectors.
- Target, identify, and assess potential customers, creating compelling business fit presentations that align with DSC’s capabilities.
- Present innovative solutions to customers, demonstrating clear business value and engaging in negotiations to close deals successfully.
- Manage and develop a robust customer pipeline of transformational deals across chosen sectors.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of tender proposals and sales presentations to both existing and prospective accounts.
- Support and enhance warehouse and transport customer activities throughout India.
- Drive commercial propositions to maximize value for both the Warehousing and Transport departments.
