Key Responsibilities :-
- Develop and execute production plans based on sales forecasts, demand, and business priorities.
- Ensure timely completion of production as per the approved production plan.
- Monitor daily production performance and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Optimize production capacity, manpower utilization, and machine efficiency.




- Plan and monitor raw material requirements to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and reduce inventory ageing and work-in-progress (WIP).
- Manage relationships with vendors, karigars, and manufacturing partners to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
- Drive cost optimization by controlling material wastage, labour costs, and production expenses.
- Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and minimize rejection and rework.
- Coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales teams for smooth production execution.
- Monitor product costing and recommend process improvements to enhance profitability.
- Establish and implement SOPs to improve production efficiency and standardize operations.
