Role & responsibilities
- Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments.
- Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs.
- Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health programs on premises or at project site locations.
- Supervise and coordinate all terminal activities including loading, unloading, storage, and transportation of goods or passengers
- Develop and implement operational plans, schedules, and procedures to optimize terminal efficiency and resource utilization
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Manage terminal staff including hiring, training, scheduling,



and performance evaluations
- Oversee maintenance of terminal facilities, equipment, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries
- Develop and manage terminal operating budgets, controlling expenses while meeting service requirements
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and maintain positive client relationships
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports to upper management
