Role Overview

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating room and banquet business by proactively contacting potential clients, handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries, nurturing leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and digital platforms
- Handle inbound enquiries for guest rooms, banquets, weddings, conferences, and social events
- Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and recommend suitable hotel products and packages
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets for rooms and banquet business
- Promote banquet halls, meeting rooms, wedding venues, accommodation packages, and F&B; offerings
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and banquet event packages
- Coordinate site visits and property presentations for prospective clients
- Upsell additional hotel services,



including accommodation, dining, décor, and event packages
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, wedding planners, educational institutions, and local businesses
- Ensure prompt response to customer enquiries and follow-ups
