We are looking for a smart and proactive IT Technician with ERP knowledge to support the IT infrastructure and ERP operations of a growing manufacturing company. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth functioning of the ERP system and office IT environment
Role & responsibilities
* Provide ERP user support to departments such as Production, Stores, Purchase, Accounts and HR
* Troubleshoot and resolve ERP related issues and coordinate with ERP vendor when required
* Installation and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment
* Troubleshooting hardware, software and network related issues
* Manage LAN network, internet connectivity and company email systems
* Maintain user access control,
data backup and system security
* Assist management in ERP upgrades, implementation and report generation
* Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Tally ERP / Microsoft Dynamics / other Manufacturing ERP)
* Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking and troubleshooting
* Ability to support multiple users and departments
* Positive communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates having experience in ERP systems used in manufacturing companies will be given preference.
