Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, travel packages, and travel-related services.
- Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth travel operations.
- Provide accurate travel information and recommend suitable travel options.
- Manage bookings, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity.
