We are looking for a customer-oriented and detail-focused professional for the role of Customer Service Executive / Senior Customer Service Executive Email Support.

The candidate should have relevant experience in handling customer queries, complaints, and service requests through email within an NBFC, Housing Finance Company (HFC), or Banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests received through the official email channel.
- Draft accurate, professional, and customer-centric email responses in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Credit, Legal, Collections, IT, and Branches to obtain updates and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Manage escalated customer complaints, proactively follow up with internal stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution within defined TATs.
- Maintain high standards of email quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.




- Ensure proper documentation and updating of customer interactions in the systems.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying recurring customer issues and suggesting corrective actions.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 1-5+ years of experience in Customer Service (Email Support) within an NBFC, HFC, or Banking industry.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and service requests through email is mandatory.
- Excellent written communication skills with robust grammar and professional email drafting abilities.
- Good understanding of loan servicing, customer complaint handling, and customer service processes.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work under defined TATs while maintaining quality and accuracy.
