Store Manager
Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana

Experience Required: 4–5 years in store, warehouse, or inventory management, preferably in FMCG, food, beverage, or manufacturing.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and general store inventory. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, controlling material movement, coordinating with purchase and production teams, and ensuring proper storage and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- * Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and movement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- * Verify received materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- * Coordinate with the Quality team for material inspection and approval.
- * Maintain accurate stock records in ERP, Excel, or inventory management software.
- * Issue materials to the production department against approved material requisitions.
- * Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.




- * Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification.
- * Investigate and report stock shortages, excess stock, damages, and discrepancies.
- * Ensure proper batch-wise and expiry-wise stock management.
- * Follow FIFO and FEFO methods wherever applicable.
- * Maintain separate storage areas for approved, rejected, damaged, expired, and returned materials.
- * Ensure proper labelling, stacking, cleanliness, and safety inside the store.
- * Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.
- * Prepare stock reports, consumption reports, ageing reports, and inventory reconciliation reports.
- * Maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock transfer records, return notes, and other store documents.
- * Control access to the store and prevent unauthorised material movement.
- * Manage and supervise storekeepers, helpers, and material-handling staff.
