The FP&A; Leader shall play a vital role in contributing the business growth & streamlining key financial/operational processes for Geo. The candidate shall have leadership skills to streamline the financial systems, consolidation, and reporting. This position will require a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Drive business finance & results for both top line growth Revenue & Profit.
- Support both sales and delivery leaders as trusted business advisor
- Manage the market/Geo level financial consolidation, reporting and variance analysis for business.
- Lead the monthly Business Management Review (BMR) calls with business leaders.
- Lead in annual budget exercise and interlocking with key stakeholders to ensure targets are well perceived & chased through to achieve.
- Work closely with account delivery leaders & practice leaders to ensure the financial forecast accuracy in reporting.
- Able to extract actual ledgers on month/qtr ends,



reporting with variance analysis of actuals.
- Push account leaders to drive organic growth in region portfolio and expand profit margins.
- Work with delivery excellence team to set up the framework and process for critsit account, negative/low margin accounts.
- Work with Global finance to reduce unassigned costs and track domestic O/(U) on a quarterly basis.
- Prepare demand interlock forecast for future demand based on delivery team inputs.
- Collaborate with business operations and Workforce Management (WFM) teams.
- Track the signings pipelines, interlock with market and Geo leaders.

Skills:
- Advance level excels and MS point skills are must
- Proficiency in various financial tools and systems (e.g IPPF, WWGOLD etc...)
- Knowledge of Power BI Tool
- Excellent problem-solving, project management and leadership skills.
- Solid commitment to ethics and integrity.
