Job Description





We are looking for a QA Manager who leads the QA team while staying hands-on in test automation and AI-assisted QA. Will own quality across the product, and still design, review manual processes, and implement automation frameworks, and AI-driven testing practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall QA strategy aligned with product and engineering goals.
- Own QA deliverables, timelines, and release commitments, ensuring quality objectives are met.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing QA team across manual and automation testing.
- Evaluate and implement automation and AI-driven testing solutions.
- Leverage AI for test generation, defect analysis, regression optimization, and root-cause investigation.
- Establish best practices and governance for responsible AI adoption in QA.
- Own test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting for major releases.
