Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily quality control operations.
- Inspect products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and SOPs.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
- Identify defects and investigate root causes.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate quality records and reports.
- Supervise, train, and mentor QC staff.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
- Handle customer quality complaints and implement solutions.
- Monitor quality KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Ensure inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
