Engridd is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and evolution of our Learning Management System (LMS). This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong expertise across backend, frontend, architecture, and engineering best practices. You will work closely with product, design, and business teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python, Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), React, and TypeScript.
- Own the architecture and end-to-end delivery of platform features.
- Design secure, high-performance REST APIs and modern user interfaces.
- Mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Support CI/CD, deployment,



and production issue resolution.

Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong expertise in Python, Django, Django REST Framework, React, and TypeScript.
- Experience designing scalable web applications and REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and modern development practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, and DevOps practices is preferred.
- Prior experience in EdTech or LMS platforms is an advantage.
