5-10 Years (Experience in construction, infrastructure, logistics, equipment rental, or heavy machinery industry preferred)

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance
- Maintain day to day accounting records.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management MIS.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts.

Billing & Receivables
- Prepare customer invoices for crane rental, mobilisation, demobilisation, overtime, and additional services.
- Track outstanding receivables and prepare ageing reports.
- Coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups.
- Maintain invoice records, debit notes, and credit notes.





Payables
- Process vendor bills and payments.
- Maintain transporter, fuel supplier, and vendor ledgers.
- Verify bills against work orders and supporting documents.
- Schedule vendor payments as per management approval.

GST & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and reconcile GST data.
- File GST returns in coordination with the CA.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B and purchase registers.
- Assist with TDS calculations and documentation.
- Maintain statutory records and compliance documents.

Payroll & Administration
- Process monthly payroll for office staff and crane operators.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Handle reimbursement claims and expense verification.

Documentation
- Maintain customer files, work orders, agreements, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Organize accounting records for audits.
- Support statutory, internal, and GST audits.

Reporting

Prepare and submit:
- Daily cash flow
