Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary

StarAndDaisy is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Business Development Executive (BDE). The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, client relationship management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and networking channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business reports.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of business opportunities.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and client servicing.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA Freshers are mandatory (Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related specialization).
- Candidates with 02 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management can also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a target-driven and quick-paced environment.
