Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Manager role based in Vadodara, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The role involves identifying new business opportunities across domestic, agricultural, industrial, and automotive segments, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and key accounts, and expanding KWC’s market presence. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, analyze sales data,



and develop go-to-market strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Daily responsibilities include managing pipelines, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires regular field visits, participation in industry events, and reporting on business performance and growth initiatives to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Solid business development and sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and account management.
- Experience in market research and analysis, with the ability to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Knowledge of the wires and cables or related electrical/industrial products sector is highly preferred.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
