We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our cafe team. In this role, you will prepare and serve high-quality beverages, provide excellent customer service, and help create a welcoming experience for every guest. You will also support daily cafe operations while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with beverage and menu selections.
- Educate customers about coffee beverages, brewing methods, and menu offerings.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment safely and efficiently.
- Recommend menu items and upsell products to enhance the customer experience.
- Accurately take customer orders and process payments using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the cafe, equipment, and workstations.
- Refill stock and assist with inventory management as required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene,



and company operating procedures at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Entry-level candidates with a hospitality background who are passionate about coffee and interested in building a long-term career in the cafe industry are encouraged to apply.
- Solid communication and customer service skills are required.
- Experience operating coffee equipment and POS systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
