Job Summary
We are looking for an innovative and passionate
AI Developer
to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Python-based AI frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI solutions that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI applications.
- Build AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation solutions.
- Develop and optimize applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise AI solutions.
- Integrate AI models with web applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Fine-tune, evaluate,



and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for model training and inference.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists.
- Monitor AI applications and continuously improve model performance.
- Follow AI security, governance, and responsible AI best practices.

Required Skills
- Robust programming skills in Python
- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, or Google Gemini
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS
- Familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
- REST API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
