We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Java Developer
to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable, high-performance applications in a product-based environment and will contribute as an
individual contributor (IC)
with hands-on coding responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using Java technologies
- Write clean, efficient, and high-quality code following best practices
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
- Work in an Agile development environment with CI/CD practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in Java development, preferably in product-based companies
- Strong expertise in:
- Core Java
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills
