Role & Responsibilities

At CoralSearch, the Team Leader will drive end-to-end delivery on executive search mandates across pharma, life sciences, FMCG, and healthcare leading a team of recruiters while owning client relationships directly.

In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters/consultants on live mandates
- Manage client relationships and act as primary point of contact for key accounts
- Drive candidate sourcing strategy across LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, and referrals
- Oversee screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination for the team's open roles
- Track team performance against mandate timelines and closure targets
- Maintain and review recruitment trackers/dashboards for team and client visibility
- Handle escalations, negotiate offers, and manage closures for senior/critical positions
- Contribute to client pitches and business development conversations as needed

Eligibility
- Any Graduate; MBA (HR/Marketing) preferred
- Prior experience in pharma/life sciences/FMCG/healthcare hiring is a plus

Mandatory Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English (Non-negotiable)
- Proven track record of team handling and mandate closures
- Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri Resdex
- Ability to manage multiple mandates and deadlines simultaneously
