Key Responsibilities
- Drive software sales and marketing initiatives across the Goa region.
- Develop and execute lead generation and demand generation campaigns to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Design and implement effective Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and convert enterprise opportunities into long-term business relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Develop strategic relationships with enterprise customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, campaign effectiveness, pipeline health, and ROI using data-driven insights.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets while ensuring sustainable business growth.




- Travel within assigned territories as required for customer meetings and business development activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum
8 years of experience
in
Domestic B2B Software, SaaS, Enterprise IT Sales & Marketing
, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the Indian IT industry, enterprise sales cycles, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience in managing enterprise clients, channel partners, and strategic accounts.
- Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven professional with the ability to execute independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
