Position: MIS Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Executive to support business operations through accurate reporting, CRM management, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, managing business data, handling daily stand-up meetings, and ensuring smooth coordination with the business team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, and analyze business data to generate actionable insights.
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Business Team.
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings to review targets, priorities, and progress.
- Track team performance, productivity, and business KPIs.
- Assign, monitor, and follow up on leads through Kylas CRM.




- Ensure timely updates of customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Prepare business dashboards and performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless business operations.
- Identify reporting gaps and implement process improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of reports.
- Support management with ad hoc reports and business analysis.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, Charts, Conditional Formatting).
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Prior knowledge or hands-on experience with Kylas CRM is preferred.
- Experience in MIS reporting, lead management, and sales coordination.
