Role Description
The Fitness Trainer role at AIM FIT is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The trainer will design and deliver individualized and group workout programs, demonstrate proper exercise techniques,



and monitor members’ form to promote safety and effectiveness. Daily responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, setting achievable goals with members, and tracking progress over time. The trainer will provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and education on exercise, recovery, and healthy habits, while maintaining a clean and organized training area. The role also involves offering excellent customer service, collaborating with other staff, and contributing to a positive, inclusive gym environment.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Fitness Instruction and Fitness Training, including the ability to create and adapt workout plans for diverse fitness levels.
- Experience leading Group Exercise sessions and engaging participants with safe, effective, and motivating routines.
- Knowledge of the Fitness Industry, including current training methods, equipment usage, and best practices for member safety.
- Effective Customer Service skill
