Required Skills
- Must have strong Client and Customer Relationship skills.
- Must handle the recruitment activities of the complete unit.
- Promptly and diligently handle employee grievances.
- Must have prior experience running payroll for 20+ employees.
- Must have prior experience in handling hospital billing and collections
- Prior experience with Healthcare / Hospital / Insurance industries preferred
