We are seeking an experienced Accountant with deep expertise in the Zoho ecosystem to manage accounting operations while optimizing and integrating Zoho applications across the organization. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Zoho Finance applications, and the ability to configure workflows, automate processes, and integrate multiple Zoho modules to improve operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders during audits and statutory filings.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

Zoho Administration & Integration
- Configure, manage, and maintain Zoho Finance applications, including:




- Zoho Books
- Zoho Inventory
- Zoho Expense
- Zoho Payroll
- Zoho Billing (if applicable)
- Zoho Analytics
- Integrate Zoho Finance applications with:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Flow
- Zoho Creator (preferred)
- Third-party applications, payment gateways, banking platforms, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms as required.
- Design and implement automated workflows using Zoho Flow and Deluge scripting (preferred).
- Customize forms, reports, dashboards, approval workflows, user roles, and permissions.
- Monitor integrations to ensure seamless data flow and troubleshoot issues proactively.

Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate finance and operational processes.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Recommend system enhancements and process improvements.
- Provide user training and support for Zoho applications.
