About the Role

Acodez IT Solutions is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running performance-driven campaigns for both e-commerce and lead generation clients, with a robust focus on maximizing ROI, ROAS, and lead quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max & YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring campaign quality, timely execution, and budget optimization.
- Develop full-funnel campaign strategies based on client goals and business objectives.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies,



and landing pages to improve performance.
- Optimize lead generation campaigns with a focus on lead quality and conversion.
- Set up and maintain accurate tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads Conversion Tracking, UTM parameters, and Offline Conversion Tracking.
- Create performance reports and dashboards using Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or similar reporting tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with design, content, web development, and sales teams to improve campaign performance and user experience.
- Communicate campaign performance, strategy, and recommendations effectively with internal teams and clients.
