About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to oversee the day-to-day execution of social media projects. This role is ideal for someone who can coordinate teams, manage client communication, ensure timely delivery of content, and personally step in whenever required to keep projects running smoothly.

This is an execution-focused role that requires ownership, accountability, and robust coordination skills.

Experience
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of professional experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple social media accounts.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, photographers, and influencers to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor the quality of creatives, captions, reels, and overall brand communication before client submission.
- Attend client meetings,



understand requirements, and convert them into actionable plans for the team.
- Develop monthly content plans, campaign calendars, and execution timelines.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Personally get involved in projects to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate and manage on-ground shoots, brand activations, events, and content production.
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and stay updated with current social media trends.
- Track account performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Maintain smooth communication between clients and the internal team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with the team and ensure tasks are progressing as planned.
- Should be Camera Friendly for reels and videos.
- Prepare presentations, content briefs, and meeting notes when required.
