Your work profile
- Project Management Delivery: Overall responsibility for project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, Develop and manage workplans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, Oversee day to day project activities to ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards, Track project progress and proactively flag risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
- Client Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for client coordination at Central Government and development partner level, Coordinate with implementing partners and other ecosystem stakeholders, Support organization and facilitation of client meetings, consultations, workshops, and events.
- Team Coordination Supervision: Lead and coordinate multi disciplinary project teams, Assign tasks, review outputs, and ensure timely completion of deliverables, Provide guidance and quality assurance to junior team members.
- Reporting Documentation:



Lead preparation and review of periodic progress reports, presentations, and documentation, Ensure reporting aligns with government and donor formats, guidelines, and timelines, Support preparation of technical reports.
- Meetings, Events Reviews: Plan and manage review meetings, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder events, Support donor missions, government reviews, and field visits
- Project Oversight Quality Assurance: Oversee on ground activities to ensure alignment with approved project design and objectives, Monitor outcome and output indicators, including progress against agreed KPIs, Support mid term reviews, evaluations, and closure reports

Key Skills Required:
- Overall experience: Minimum 8 years.
- Proven experience in government consulting, preferably with Central Government ministries/departments
- Robust exposure to agriculture and allied sector departments
- Experience working on intern
