We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Odia Language Recruitment Research Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will support our recruitment and operations team in identifying, screening, and coordinating Odia-speaking participants for various projects. You will interact with candidates, conduct qualification calls, maintain records, and assist in ensuring smooth project execution. The role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds.

Throughout the internship, you will receive exposure to recruitment processes, stakeholder communication, reporting, and project management practices.
