Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
- Manage reservations, room bookings, and cancellations.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and provide information about hotel services.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Follow company policies and maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in Front Office/Reception (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and hotel management software is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills.
