We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Student Support Mentor to guide, support, and monitor students throughout their academic journey. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing student engagement, academic success, and overall learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned students.
Provide academic mentoring and career guidance.
Track student progress and performance through regular follow-ups.
Identify learning gaps and coordinate with faculty/trainers for additional support.
Conduct orientation sessions and mentorship meetings (one-on-one & group).
Address student concerns related to academics, attendance, motivation, and performance.
Maintain student records, progress reports, and documentation.
Support placement readiness by guiding students on resume building, interviews, and career planning.
Ensure high student satisfaction and retention rates.
Collaborate with academic and operations teams to enhance the student experience.
Required Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- Post Graduation degree from a recognized university with 2 Years of experience or UGC Net or HP SET or PHD (Management|ComputerScience|InformationTechnology|Journalism|PoliticalScience|Arts|Sciences)
1–3 years of experience in student mentoring, academic counseling, or education support (preferred)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with students
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Basic understanding of academic planning and career pathways
