The person will act as Senior Integration Consultant, being point of contact for demands delivery in integration space, 3rd level support for Workday Integrations
Requirements:
- 7+ years’ experience with Workday integrations
- Experience with stakeholder management, integration solution design
- Experience with payroll outsourcing projects (end to end hands on experience of payroll transformation project for multiple countries and multiple vendors)
- Deep knowledge of PECI, Workday studio and overall Workday connectors for HCM, Recruiting and payroll, integration document delivery (SFTP delivery), configuration of IS, external payroll earnings including time off and time tracking (more than 5 years)
- Deep knowledge of payroll integrations and payroll processes
- Knowledge of external payroll documents integrations (connectors)
- Previous experience with payroll integration implementation with outsourced payroll partner
- At ease with producing documentation and follow ITIL processes like change management
