Job Description – Service Incharge

Key Responsibilities:
Handle installation, servicing, and repair of company products.
Manage and support service technicians in the assigned area.
Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with dealers and distributors for service-related issues.
Maintain service records and submit daily/monthly reports.
Ensure availability of spare parts and proper inventory management.
