We are urgently looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer( Press Shop) to ensure smooth functioning of machines and equipment by handling breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement in plant operations
Key Responsibilities
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment to ensure minimum downtime
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective troubleshooting to restore operations quickly
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for improved machine reliability
- Ensure all equipment operates within defined quality and performance parameters
- Coordinate with production teams to identify issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and analyze MTTR & MTBF to enhance maintenance efficiency and reduce failures
- Interpret electrical drawings and technical documents for accurate maintenance work
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and corrective actions
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance procedures
- Understanding of MTTR & MTBF concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Candidate Profile
- Experience in maintenance within automobile/manufacturing industry preferred
- Practical problem-solving approach and technical mindset
- Ability to work in coordination with cross-functional teams
- Prefred candidate only from automobile manufacturing industry
