We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, field visits, and networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers
- Present and explain company products and services to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with clients and close sales deals
- Maintain client database and update CRM records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Willingness to do field work (if required)
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in FMCG, Bakery, Café, Food Industry, or Hospitality
- MBA Marketing is an added advantage
