Role Summary

The Sales Project Coordination Executive is responsible for lead generation, client coordination, appointment scheduling, quotation follow-up, and coordination with internal teams for smooth project execution. The role involves managing the complete process from business lead generation to project handover after receipt of Purchase Order (PO).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Business Development
- Identify and generate potential business leads through market research, references, online portals, and client interactions.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Support the sales team in expanding business opportunities and achieving company targets.
- Client Appointment Scheduling
- Coordinate with clients for arranging meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Ensure timely scheduling and confirmation of appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain proper communication and follow-up with clients regarding meeting schedules.
- Client Coordination Follow-up




- Act as a coordination point between clients and internal departments.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding project requirements, approvals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Address client queries and ensure timely communication for smooth business operations.
- Drawing BOQ Coordination
- Coordinate with the design team for preparation and collection of project drawings and BOQ details.
- Ensure all drawings and BOQ documents are received accurately and shared with relevant departments on time.
- Follow up for revisions and updates as per client requirements.
- Quotation Coordination with Presales Team
- Coordinate with the presales team for preparation and submission of quotations to clients.
- Ensure quotations are sent within the committed timeline and maintain records of submitted proposals.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotation status, approvals, and modifications if required.
