Role Requirements | - Reports & Dashboards - Preparation of consolidated Risk Reports and Dashboards through data from relevant Risk Verticals - Utilize system data to prepare dashboards highlighting emerging trends - Consolidated view of risk indicators through aggregation of data and reports spread across relevant systems - Implement best practices and tools to monitor and improved productivity. - Model Development - Design predictive models to estimate potential losses in credit,



market and operational risk - Design forewarning indicators and monitoring mechanisms for relevant Committees & Senior Management - Artificial Intelligence - Assess probable areas of implementation of AI - Coordinate with relevant tech teams to enable implementation of AI in relevant processes - Stakeholder Management - Serve as the primary interface between the CRO’s office and Tech Team to ensure implementation of CRO’s projects. |
Pre-Requisites | - Education: Data Science Degree or equivalent - Skills: - Basic knowledge of banking risks (credit, market, operational, compliance). - Excellent communication Skills. - Strategic thinker with project management capabilities. - High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism. - Proficiency in tools such as Python, SAS, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms. - Statistical Knowledge including Machine Learning Algorithms - Key Competencies: - Analytical & Problem-solving skills - Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability - Attention to detail and commitment to excellence - Adaptability in a fast-paced workplace |
