Job Summary

The Client Acquisition Executive is responsible for identifying, approaching, and acquiring recent clients for the company's travel services. The role focuses on generating business through corporate clients, travel agents, and individual customers while building long-term relationships and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate, B2B, and B2C clients for domestic and international travel services.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote travel solutions.
- Promote holiday packages, corporate travel, MICE, group tours, visa assistance, hotel bookings, and other travel services.
- Prepare customized travel proposals, quotations, and service agreements based on client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and repeat customers.




- Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth execution of travel bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition and revenue targets.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or airline industry.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international travel products and corporate travel solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
