Executive Assistant (Male) to provide direct support to the Chairman, who oversees multiple companies across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MOMs, and business correspondence.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Organize meetings, maintain documentation, and manage confidential information.
- Support the Chairman in planning, coordination, and special projects.

Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant,



Personal Assistant, or Executive Secretary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Experience supporting senior management, Directors, or Chairpersons will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
