Job Title: Solar EPC Head

Chemi Tech Group is looking for an experienced Solar EPC Head to lead and expand our solar EPC business. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in solar project sales, execution, team management, and business development, with the ability to independently manage the EPC division as a profit center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Solar EPC business with complete responsibility for sales, execution, profitability, and growth.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC sales across commercial, industrial, and institutional segments.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, developers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.

• Prepare project proposals, techno-commercial offers, and participate in contract negotiations.

• Oversee end-to-end project execution including design coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.

• Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, quality, and safety requirements.





• Manage EPC teams, contractors, vendors, and site personnel.

• Monitor project profitability, cash flows, and customer satisfaction.

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expansion of the EPC vertical.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, DISCOM requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar industry, with significant exposure to Solar EPC projects.

• Proven experience in both solar sales and project execution.

• Robust understanding of rooftop and ground-mounted solar power systems.

• Ability to independently run and scale a Solar EPC division.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.

• Experience in handling commercial, industrial, and institutional solar projects will be preferred.
