Role Overview
As an Entry-Level TA Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process for various positions across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to source, screen, and coordinate candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants. Please note that it will be a 6-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various job boards and company careers page
- Source candidates using online platforms, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed
- Support onboarding activities and documentation for recent hires
- Assist with recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives as required
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar field (internship or campus placement experience is a plus)
