Hiring: Façade Designer | Leading Offsite & Modular Developer | UAE Based

We are currently mandating an exclusive search for one of our top clients—specializing in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of *modular* products in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

We are seeking a highly skilled Façade Designer (5+ years exp) to lead end-to-end façade engineering packages across unitized curtain walls and specialized cladding systems.

Role Summary:
- Position: Façade Designer
- Client: Reputed Modular & Building Envelope Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Shop & Fabrication Detailing: Independently produce detailed shop drawings, fabrication profiles, and connection details for Unitized Curtain Wall (UCW), stick systems, and cladding.
- Engineering & Load Coordination: Coordinate anchorage arrangements, load paths, thermal expansion, and structural interfaces with technical leads and consultants.
- Design for Manufacturability :



Adapt and optimize designs for seamless factory assembly and modular production prior to release.
- Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawing sets to identify and resolve geometrical conflicts and interface issues.
- Material Take-Offs & BOQs: Prepare detailed material take-offs (MTO), system breakdowns, and preliminary Bills of Quantities.
- Submittal Management: Coordinate technical submittals, address consultant/client comments, and ensure timely re-submission of design packages.
- Technical Support: Support production lines during factory fabrication and resolve technical queries during site installation.

Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering or Architecture.
- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated relevant experience in detailed façade design experience.
