Job Description:

As a Junior AV Support Intern, you will be part of our agile team, contributing to the operational support and maintenance of audio-visual (AV) equipment. Your role will involve troubleshooting, configuration, and ensuring seamless communication through video conferencing systems.

Responsibilities:
- Documentation related to audiovisual (AV) inventory, stock reports, and handover/takeover counts using Gdoc.
- Conducting building walkthroughs, addressing break-fix issues, coordinating with vendors, and collaborating with other teams.
- Responsible for monitoring and updating the ticketing system under the supervision and guidance of a senior engineer.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all audiovisual (AV) and network infrastructure matters in the region.




- The senior engineer will provide comprehensive training on the existing infrastructure tools that we utilize within the organization.
